Booking Requirement
- International Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel having minimum 4 blank pages
- 8 Photos 4cm X 6cm with White Background
- Booking: only by cheque & DD from the respective bank account of hajji only
Cancellation Policy
- Rs.0/- Per Passport non refundable booking
- 50% cancellation 60-31 days prior to departure
- No refund before 30 days prior to departure
Important Note
The Tour Cost has been based on ticket fare Rs.0/- and Saudi Riyals rate as Calculated as Rs.17.50 = 1 S.R Any increase in the tour cost has to pais by the passengers
- Hotel,flight schedule and itinerary are subject to change without prior notice
- If any change in the Hotels mentionned in the Brochure similar hotel will be provided
- Subject to BTQ passenger only
- As per RBI & GOI rules & regulations
- We are not responsible for any luggage lost or incident
- Any excess luggage charges by the Airlines will be borne by the passengers
- As per the government rules unentitled to pay for and take up to US $1000 under BTQ(Adult/child) each year from RBI authorised foreign exchange dealers
- No rooms choice will be entertained
- If you travel individually other than group dates, you will bare the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary
- No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay
